About us

Building tomorrow
since the last century.

We were born before Google was a verb — and we've never stopped getting there first.

We've been new
for 26 years.

Manifesto

Five things we believe in.

  • 01Marketing isn't guesswork. We think.
  • 02Pretty without a reason is just decoration.
  • 03Technology serves people. AI included.
  • 04We explain everything. No fine print.
  • 05Partnership, around here, is our word.

The process

Around here, everyone's on a first-name basis. And the name is Challenge.

  1. “Hello, Challenge. We've been expecting you.”

Briefing and immersion. We listen, we ask, and then we ask again. No Challenge is ever like the last — it would be a shame to treat it as if it were.

  2. “Challenge, now you're coming with us.”

Diagnosis. Market, competition, audiences, numbers: a full X-ray before writing any prescription. From here on, the Challenge sleeps here.

  3. “Challenge, meet the strategy.”

We design the plan tailor-made, in black and white — and we explain why this one and not another. A client who understands the options collaborates better and sees further.

  4. “It's not you, Challenge. It's us.”

Execution. Every skill under one roof, working together — no hidden outsourcing, no broken telephone.

  5. “This is where it begins, Challenge.”

Launch. The brand goes to market and we measure everything from the very first second.

  6. “Results bring new Challenges. All the better.”

Analysis, learning and optimization — with reports that actually make sense. And then we start over, with even more ambition.

The house

We say nothing that isn't written on the wall.

The house film — doors open, camera rolling.
The LKCOM lobby with Peter Drucker's quote painted on the wall
“The most important thing in communication is hearing what isn't being said.” Peter Drucker
It's not website decoration: it's actually painted on our lobby wall. So no one forgets — us included.

The team

The people behind the full stop.

Seventeen reasons the office coffee never lasts. Hover over them: everyone has two poses — the business-card one and the real one.
